The patcher is used for pavement pot-holes and cracks repair.
The equipment is MAZ truck-mounted and has an autonomous power plant.
All drive mechanisms are carried out by hydrostatic transmissions regulated with two joysticks from operator’s seat. This enables efficient and quick execution of all work operations.
Maximum repair work zone and vesibility are provided by workplace location and ‘breaking’ outrigger design.
Patching is executed without direct presence of people in the work zone, and secures high quality, productivity, ecological safety and convenience for servicing staff.
No additional compression of laid material is required after repair is finished. Vehicular traffic starts right after repair execution.
