Motor roads carpeting machine is used for uniform filling of binding
materials (bitumen or emulsified bitumen) and uniform distribution of small
fraction fines of ballast in the road surface. It is used at motor roads construction, service, and repairs.
The equipment is assembled on semitrailers or trailers, has an autonomous power plant. All drive mechanisms are carried out by regulated hydrostatic transmissions.
Machine’s design provides optimal circulation rate of binding and mineral components depending on traverse speed. From special gauge speed value is displayed in the driver’s and operator’s indicator board.
Ballast roll-on is executed with rubber-covered spring loaded rollers of small width which retrace road relief.
Dumper loads ballast into bunkers with the help of highly productive stationary transporter.
A special dispenser secures ballast loading in the bulk of a bunker.
Equipment is operated distantly from a control board installed in the operator’s workplace.
A telephone provides talkback between operator and mover driver.
